Oren Dragon, is a graduate of the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in Actuarial Science. Oren works on both defined contribution and defined benefit plans, but focuses mainly on complex issues relating to defined benefit pension plans. He has completed 3 Society of Actuaries exams.

Alisa Chaijenkit, is a graduate in business and marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She had 2 years of retirement plan administration experience prior to joining us. Her work focuses on defined contribution plans. She has completed the Pension Administrators certificate from ASPPA and is working towards earning additional designations.

Kathleen Guzy, worked for us as a summer intern and while attending her last semester at Northern Illinois University. She became a full time employee after her graduation, with a BS in Statistics, in December 2011. Kathleen will be studying towards her Enrolled Actuary certification.
